We had the lucky opportunity to spend another long weekend in Stowe the week before last, and happily were able to. I was just not able to post about it for a week or so because of all we are cramming into our schedule right now - especially the moving stuff, but more about that later.
Stowe was as fun as usual, as we enjoyed the fireplace, warmth of the villa, great food, fun company, and some ridiculous temperatures. The first above is Evie in preparation for going outside on Friday morning, the same morning that the thermostat hit -31! Fortunately it had warmed up to a balmy -12 by the time we were going out here.
The second picture is Evie's first ever attempt at stairs! Our ranch house has none, so this was her first opportunity, and she took it as a challenge, repeatedly. Apparently she loves to climb.
Not surprising, considering how much she loves to bounce in her bouncy seat too.
We survived the frigid temperatures and icy roads, and were glad to be able to spend some time with Finn and Mae also.
