Our days are now largely focused on moving preparations, as it looks like it is really going to happen. We are signing the purchase and sale agreement after some minor changes and inclusion of various inspection findings, thanks in part to my parents. We have been up to the house a bunch of times to take care of various concerns, and are doing the same at our house, getting it ready for the market. Its amazing how much stuff we have accumulated in the past seven plus years. What a waste capitalism can be, and yet so enticing.
The pictures are of the front of the house, colonial in style, sort of. That picture was taken last Friday. There is also a picture of the foyer, looking towards the living room, past the staircase, which Evie will very much enjoy. And finally the other living room, or as we have been calling it, the fireplace room. We are SO looking forward to that! Evie is ready to move too! Chris
